Do you offer art prints?

Not yet sorry, only digital files. However, it is something I’m considering for the future, and would benefit from your expressed interest. So, please reach out to let me know, as it may help me when considering that future option. Canva offer a variety of print services, so check them out.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, where possible. We are based in the UK and packages will be sent track & signed for via Royal Mail/DHL. Shipping costs depend on the weight of the package, and may vary depending on your delivery destination. Any shipping costs or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer, so keep that in mind when making your purchase.

We are not responsible for missed deliveries, or goods returned to us due to mistakes made by you in providing your postal address. Please track and ensure someone can sign for your purchases if you are not available.

How long will it take to receive my order?

All items are made-to-order, and vary depending on the type of product. This means it may take 1-4 weeks to complete an order. This does not include shipping times for craft products and delays due to queue position.

Commissions or custom orders
Commissions or custom orders are placed in a queue, and this waiting list may vary in weeks or months. A deposit will be required to retain your position in the queue, and your position in the queue will be updated so you are aware of its progress. If you need an item urgently you can discuss fast-tracking options with us. This will incur a £15.50 fee as we will work overtime to complete your order. We do not bump others in the queue. Whilst it may be possible to jump the queue due to the urgent need for the product, this will need to be discussed with us, and may incur an additional fee.

shipping times Finished products are ready to ship within 3-5 working days. The average shipping time for couriers is as followed:

UK customers – 1-2 working days.
EU customers – 3-5 working days.
Outside EU – 5-21 working days.

There might be postal issues which are out of our control, so do check local postal service for strikes, weather delays, and other problems.

My order hasn’t arrived yet! What do I do?

Firstly, don’t panic. Then check whether your order has been dispatched yet and refer to the estimated times given above for delivery. Working days do not include weekends or bank holidays. Holidays such as Christmas may take longer to deliver items.

We will not consider items lost until at least 20 working days for UK/40 working for international orders have passed since being shipped. Please contact us after that time with your name, address, and order information.

How are your products made?

All products are handmade in a no-smoke, pet-friendly home. We have two dogs who love sticking their noses places, so cannot guarantee traces of them don’t sneak into products. Loki & Thor apologise for sharing their love with our work.

Our yarnware uses 100% acrylic, 100% cotton, or a mix blend depending on the product’s use. Amigurami contain polyfill stuffing, and some accessories may include fastenings or buttons.

Various beads, stones, or metal types are used in our wire-wrapping products, and we are constantly experimenting with the new oils and wax ratios to improve quality of our candles. Currently we use a mix of beeswax and paraffin wax in our candles.

We try to use only materials that have CE markings that indicate they have been assessed and approved by EU safety, health and environmental protection requirements.

Do you accept customisation or personal commissions?

Yes, I try to. If there is something offered in my shop you’d like customised, or something not yet offered you wish to ask if possible to create, just message us. There’s a chance it might be something out of our comfort zone, or that we’re too busy at present, but ask us.

Where is best to contact you?

I prefer using my Discord, though you can message or email too. Whilst I may appear online in Discord, I often mute it when doing other things and am not available. I may request you send me a private message or email further information for your privacy to discuss your commission or purchase further.
