Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to all pet portrait and yarn craft commissions, including digital art, crochet, and other handmade items. By placing an order, you agree to the policies outlined below.

1. Deposits

• A deposit is required to secure a place on the waiting list:
  • 25% for digital art commissions.
  • 50% for crochet/craft projects.
• You have a 7-day grace period from the booking date to cancel and receive a full deposit refund. After this period, cancellation terms apply.

2. Cancellations

• Notify us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
• After the 7-day grace period:
  • Digital art deposits become non-refundable.
  • Crochet/craft projects: A cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit to cover mock-ups, admin, and materials purchased for your order. This fee varies depending on costs already incurred.

3. After Work Begins

• Once a project has started, deposits are non-refundable.
• Additional fees may apply for time spent and materials purchased before cancellation.

4. Amendments to Work

Digital Art:

• After completion, a low-resolution preview will be provided.
• Up to 3 free edits are included.
• Further changes or continued dissatisfaction: You may request a 50% refund, but you will forfeit the HD art file.

Crochet/Craft/Art Prints:

• Once shipped, no amendments can be made. Please see the Refund & Returns Policy.

5. Damage in Transit

• All items are carefully packaged and sent via tracked delivery.
• If damaged, provide photos of the item and packaging immediately.
• You may be required to return the item (in original packaging) for repair or replacement. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• We use a third-party supplier for Art prints, which are their responsibility.

6. Gift Certificates

• Non-refundable.
• Guaranteed for 1 year at the original purchase price.
• May be subject to price increases after 12 months.
• No longer valid if the product becomes unavailable.

7. Pricing & Transaction Fees

• Prices are in GBP (£).
• International customers may incur additional bank, PayPal, or customs fees.
• We are not responsible for these extra charges.

8. Shipping

• Most products are made-to-order. Production times vary.
• Check product listings for estimated delivery times and shipping locations.
• Based in the UK. International deliveries may have higher shipping costs or restrictions.

9. Discord Community

• Our Discord server is free to join and subject to the same policies.
• Participation is voluntary, and you may leave at any time.

10. Refund Policy

• Returns and exchanges are only accepted for significant damage or faults.
• Contact within: 7 days of delivery.
• Return within: 21 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned at your expense.
• Non-returnable: Custom orders, personalised items, sale items, and digital downloads.
• To start a return: Email contact@liziloulovecraft.co.uk.
• Returns must be sent to Wiltshire, England.

11. Copyright

• All artwork and patterns are © liziloulovecraft.
• Personal use only. You may not mass produce, republish, or sell my patterns or merchandise my artwork without written consent.

12. Selling from My Patterns

• You may sell handmade items from my crochet patterns in small quantities with credit to liziloulovecraft.co.uk.
• Selling products using my artwork is prohibited without prior agreement.

13. Safety

• Products and patterns are not toys and should not be left unsupervised with children or pets.
• Safety labels may include washing, cleaning, or fire safety details—keep these for reference.
• We are not liable for accidents caused by misuse or failure to follow safety guidelines.
