What kind of products do you offer?
Liziloulovecraft offers a mix of handmade physical items and digital products, inspired by folklore, symbolism, and the comfort of making things by hand.
Each product listing clearly states whether the item is physical or digital and what you will receive.
Do you offer art prints?
Art prints may be available in the future. At present, digital artwork is offered where stated.
If you’re interested in physical prints, you’re welcome to get in touch — expressions of interest help guide future releases.
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping is available on selected items only. Some products — particularly candles or fragile items — may be limited to UK delivery.
Please note:
- International orders may be subject to customs fees, import taxes, or tariffs
- These charges are set by the destination country and are the responsibility of the buyer
- Shipping availability and restrictions are always listed on individual product pages

How long will my order take?
Most physical items are made to order, so processing times vary depending on the product and current workload.
Estimated production and dispatch times are listed on each product page.
Digital products are delivered via download once payment is complete.
Shipping times vary by destination and courier and do not include production time.
Do you accept commissions or custom orders?
I plan to offer both art and crochet commissions in the future, but they are not currently open on a regular basis. When commissions do open, availability will be limited so I can give each piece the time and care it deserves.
When available:
- Commission requests are placed into a queue
- A deposit is required to secure a slot
- Timelines vary depending on complexity and current commitments
What if my order hasn’t arrived yet?
If your order has been dispatched, please allow time for delivery based on the estimates provided at checkout.
Items are not considered lost until:
- 20 working days have passed for UK orders
- 40 working days for international orders
If your order is significantly delayed after this period, please get in touch with your order details so we can look into it.
How are your products made?
All items are created in a pet-friendly, smoke-free home. While care is taken during making and packaging, it isn’t possible to guarantee that pet hair will never be present.
Materials vary depending on the product and are chosen for their suitability and durability. Where relevant, care or safety information will be included with your order or in the product description.
Are your items suitable for children or pets?
Unless explicitly stated otherwise, items are decorative and not toys. They should not be left unsupervised with children or pets.
Candles and other items may include safety or care instructions — please retain these for reference.
